We are proud to be sponsoring the Franklin Farmers Market for the 6th season! During the 2016 growing season, we sponsored the annual Tomato Festival in July and the inaugural CSA Day in May. In addition to these events, Chef Steven Robilio visits the market regularly to source ingredients for his every-changing Seasonal Menu and monthly Farm Dinner Series.
Ingredients from farmers like Noble Springs Dairy, Bear Creek Farm, Delvin Farms and Hatcher Family Dairy make for a variety of delicious, seasonally-inspired dishes on the Seasonal Menu, available at both locations. Menu favorites include the Bear Creek Farm Burger and Noble Springs Mac & Cheese, pictured below.

Chef Steven also utilizes these local farms and more in his monthly flagship Farm Dinner Series, where guests enjoy a 5-course dinner paired with wine & cocktails. Each month, Steven heads to the market to pick out the freshest ingredients and creates a unique menu highlighting the best of what’s in season from our local farmers.
