October Farm Dinner Series

Each month, Chef Steven Robilio creates a five-course dinner featuring fresh ingredients from the Franklin Farmers Market, complete with wine and cocktail pairings. The menu changes each month to highlight the flavors of the season, giving guests a reason to return time and time again! Our flagship dinner series is hosted at our Cool Springs and Nashville locations from April to October.

This month’s dinners are hosted at our Cool Springs location October 29 & 30, and at our Nashville location October 31.

Guests are seated family-style in our private dining rooms for the interactive dinners. Course by course, Chef Steven explains the ingredients and inspiration behind each dish while our Beverage Manager presents the drink pairings. Questions for the Chef are encouraged!


The menu for this month’s dinner series is as follows:

1st Course: Cranberry Pumpkin Cheese Fritter
Arugula, pomegranate, tomato

2nd Course: Sweet Potato Bisque
Curry spiced walnuts, sour cream, chili-spiced extra virgin olive oil

3rd Course: Italian Sausage Sammy
Open faced, Bear Creek Farm pork, peppers, onions, caraway beer mustard

4th Course: Bear Creek Farm Beef
Rutabaga purée, roasted vegetables, savory tomato jam

5th Course: Apple Cider Glazed Donut Holes
Ginger sugar, champagne gelato


Ingredients are subject to change based on availability at the Farmer’s Market. The cost is $50 per person, plus tax & gratuity. Reservations are required with a credit card number. Cancellations made within five days of the event are charged $30 per person.

Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 pm.
